GM Dash Headlight Switch Mounting Nut, Replacement
New replacement style dash housing headlight switch mount retaining nut for 68-72 Chevelle and 68-79 Nova. This headlamp switch mounting nut is used to retain the headlamp switch to the instrument panel. Replaces original GM Part # 3916710 original to 68-89 Corvette and 68 Chevy II / Nova. Also became a GM replacement for many headlight switch nuts including the 68-72 Chevelle, 68-79 Nova, and 69-81 Camaro. Main reason was the metal construction with a insulated inner guide and the only other difference is the head size. The original had close to a 7/8" head where this replacement style has a 5/8" head. Both are functional and available.

NOTE: The headlight switch nut removal tool DAS-252 will NOT work with this smaller head replacement nut.
