Chevelle and Nova Polyurethane Coil Spring Spacer, 1/2 Inch
New 1/2" coil spring spacer for your Chevelle or Nova. This handy spacer installs between your lower front control arm and the spring. It is perfect to lift the front end a little and keep a factory appearance. Most cars use two, but if your leaning to one side, this may do the trick. In some cases GM would use this spacer on the assembly line for height adjustments.
On average this 1/2 inch spacer will raise a car from 1/2" to 1 & 1/2 inches. The effectiveness of this spacer is also determined by your front coil springs. If your front coil springs are 60 years old, never been replaced and the car has 300k miles, this spacer isn't gonna fix much. Overall a very handy economical solution.
