1968 - 1972 Chevelle Rear Crossmember to Frame Reinforcement Connector Braces, Pair
Now you can give your 68 - 72 Chevelle some added strength with this is pair of exact reproduction rear frame crossmember braces. Originally installed on Super Sports with manual transmissions in order to provide extra frame strength. These braces bolt on to the frame brace where the control arms are and then the rear frame cross rail above your rear end axle. These will stiffen your chassis from the lower rear control arm forward mounting point. This triangulates the area and prevents the upper crossmember from flexing and possibly breaking. An easy bolt-in thatâ„¢s noticeable right away.
