New 68-72 Chevelle, 68 -72 El Camino and 70 - 72 Monte Carlo 4-speed shifter to crossmember support brace. This new support rod is made of hardened steel with pressed ends and eyelets for superior strength. Other support rods on the market are made of soft steel with welded on eyelets that allow play and movement that binds the linkage. Our new support rod will keep the shifter in place for a bind free shifting operation. See Part# TRA-4560 for the complete shifter assembly. Shifter got you in a bind?
